I oftentimes just fold this hand from the SB pre but UTG (43/17 over 30 hands) seemed loose enough that I decided to call and evaluate from there. BB FWIW is tight 7/3 over 30 hands. Thanks in advance for your input!

I can't see folding 5:1 on the river when we still have ~20bb left if we lose. What is he raising here that beats us?
Would the villain play pocket pairs that had us beat like this? The case J or a binked 8 are only 4 cards in the deck we would have to put him on. What did he call on the turn with? Are we splitting both with 7s or could he think a small pair 22-66 is good?
The one thing that bothers me is that the river raise is a minraise and he can't be expecting you to fold much unless you're totally bluffing. Still... I feel that 150 is worth calling here.
