What hands do you think you can play profitably?

If they don't call a lot of raises pretty much all of them.

Well, if they fold their entire limping range you only have to worry about the blinds calling, and they will be calling pretty narrow and most likely 3 betting their good hands with 3 limpers and a raise in front, so you can lay your hand down, and this won't happen very often, so in this scenario your raise would be unexploitable, because you will be picking up 4.5 BBs alot more than you lose, assuming you only need to raise 4 BBs, 4 BBs. This is of course in a perfect world, but its a start.
