I may be wasting a thread here but just thought I would look for approval

Simple $100 live tourni, started deep but becoming a bit of a shove fest

Villian just had his stack crushed all in pre AQ > AK and is left with 1600, blinds are 200/400 I am in BB with a stack of 4400

Villian open shoves for his last 1600 very next hand after losing, folds to me in BB with 65

Is this a call? its 1100 more into 2200

I am figuring both cards are live but of course there is a chance villian is holding a PP but jut as likely ace rag

Dont think theres a reason not to tell what happens, I call and villian shows AK and I spike a 5 on the turn to win the pot

I just felt super comfortable calling here, is this right or did I donk this guy out of the tournament?

EDIT: Long way from the bubble

i would say it depends on where u are in the tourny...
If you are close to the buble i would fold and find a spot where i prob. have the best hand pre and try doubling up

But if its still a long road to go i dont mind calling when u get ok odds...

Fold, he can probably beat 6 high and it's too much of your stack to call off. Everyone is getting short and you want as much FE as possible.
