Background: This is a very deep-stacked free tournament with a slow blind structure. In general, pre-flop action is very loose - many players are limping pretty close to ATC and calling a single raise very wide. Villain is definitely one of the better players, but also a very loose-aggressive player who definitely has similar pre-flop tendencies. In a pot limp/folded around to him in middle or late position he will almost always raise with ATC. His post-flop play is far better than the average in this field. I have a rather bluffy image post-flop at this table - multiple folds to donks/reraises on the flop after I raise pre-flop and cbet.
Mocked-up HH (Blinds are 15/30):
MP: t2500 M = 55.56
CO: t5000 M = 111.11
BTN: t5000 M = 111.11
SB: t7500 M = 166.67
BB: t5000 M = 111.11
Hero (UTG): t4000 M = 88.89
UTG+1: t6000 M = 133.33
Pre Flop: (t45) Hero is UTG with K

K
1 fold,
Hero raises to t125,
1 fold, MP calls t125,
1 fold, BTN calls t110
Flop: (t405) A

A

3
(4 players)
Hero bets t300, MP folds, BTN calls t300
Turn: (t1005) 7
(3 players)
Hero bets t700,
BTN raises to t4575 all in,
Hero: ???
Is there any way I can call this given the villain's image and his lack of aggression before the turn?
