Live small buyin MTT (10€), 90 players, 11 left, 14 itm.

5 players
Blinds 2000/4000 ante 500

UTG 50K (Kinda LAG)
HERO 60K
BUTTON ??K
SB ??K
BB 70K (definitely LAG)

HERO 9h9d

UTG raises to 10K
HERO calls
BUT folds
SB folds
BB shoves
UTG folds
HERO ???

1) Should I have shoved my 99 instead of just calling?
2) What to do after UTG folds?

1) Shove, you have just 15bb and just calling you will have a lot of bad flops with a short stack and BB can call or push many times.
2) Call, I don't consider folding against a LAG squeezing holding 99 and 12bb left.
