Action folds around to you in SM with AQ suited.

no information on player, just fold?

3bet would be idiotic here for sure.

Many players fold AJ in UTG and defo won't 4x it so the range will often be AQ+, 77+ and from my experience 77s don't 4x a lot there, so good range would be AQ+, 99+.

Isn't it bad to call against that kind of range? We have 39% equity preflop, if we hit the ace and call 2-3 streets we are drawing for a chop or we often lose vs AK, 2 pair or sets.

Other times he check-folds or bets once and check folds the turn, is that enough to make it profitable?

But do we flop it often enough to make this profitable? Sorry if this is an idiotic question.

Would flat. But flatting isn't really that far ahead of folding with having to play OOP deep against villains likely tight range.

3-betting would be the worst option imo.

This is a standard call no doubt with AQs , the blinds are small stacks are deep!

and yeah i'll prob fold hands like KQo and AJo even from the BTN if someone has raised in from of me especially when its Early in mtts, lets stick to hands that have implied value , like kqs and AJs hands like connectors and so forth looking to flop a draw/2pair/trips

Haha totally ok to ask what you want here. Dont ever hold back...

Its not a matter if you flop often enough rather if you'll get paid off when you do hit. If he gonna pay you off for 100-150bb with his KK when you hit your flush then those are nice odds in the long run. So if you are playing a 10k wpt and your villian knows that he shouldn't gii deep when you hit you might fold pre ante. However if you play it you've got to fold a top pair hand if you face a lot of action. That's true with any hand early deep though.

I would play the suited counterpart hands that you mentioned - but probably fold the offsuit versions.
