And what jurassatoil is saying is really important for you to take in, because you're doing the exact opposite of that. Just because you cash does not mean it is now ok to call these big 3 bets. That's the core of what is trying to be conveyed here. When you said, "no, because I've already cashed at this point", it shows that you weren't understanding the concept of Implied odds, so that's really important to clarify for yourself for profitability purposes. Then, when you said "thought I've tightened up a lot HU", that implies that you're taking our comments to mean that you should always fold. No, we're just saying don't flat call big 3 bets with inappropriate stack sizes heads up. If shoving is appropriate vs. his range, you can do that when warranted (post hands for specific looks into that in the future).

edit: This thread seems to have run its course. DBKKK, I'll leave this open if you have any further questions on a related matter, but I think we've conveyed the core of what you're asking currently.

Everyone else,

I'd appreciate it if no one else added useless bumps to this here thread. If DBKKK is done with it, there is likely nothing more to be added, and it can run it's life course and fall into oblivion. Thank you kindly.
