villian had been playing pretty loose aggressive ot get his stack. By the river i was putting him on JJ,QQ or else something he prob. would only call a small vbet with. Should I make it 2k for value or try to stack him. villian had -59% ROI...

I would put villain on a 9 before QQ/JJ.

I think going for it is fine. It doesn't have to work everytime to be profitable.
