Playing in PP's Steps and have grinded up from Level 1 to Level 6. Down to six, and the top five are paid. Places 4-5 get $500, which would almost double my bankroll. My goal is to cash.
Table is pretty tight, with everyone looking to hang on. Lots of raises to steal the blinds and not much reraising PF or calls PF. The blinds are 200-400 and the stacks are something like:
UTG: ~2000
EP: ~3000
Hero: ~1800
BTN: ~800
SB: ~5000
BB: 1000 (-400 in BB, so 600 left)
I have KJo. Is this a spot to try and steal, or isolate with the BB where I have the best hand? Or should I wait for one of the shorter stacks to hopefully go out in the next 2-3 hands?
