no huds as 888 is playing up right now, but i recognise both players as reggy. btn is capable of light 3b. no other relevant history, opener is fairly new to the table

i hate this spot.

4/b f, 4/b call and fold all seem gross.

flat seems like it could be very exploitable and basically set mining?

opinions welcome.

hh converter not working sorry

11250/f looks good to me

flatting could be an option if you were a bit deeper

Nothing wrong with flatting with these stack sizes, although I agree it does bind your range pretty tightly. IMO Flat > Fold > 4bet call > 4bet fold. Def a gross spot tho.

4b/gii. We're ~44 deep vs one and ~37bb vs other and have JJ in sb vs reg hj open and decently aggro co 3b. Should be bluffing this spot more if you aren't excited to have this hand to 4b/induce. Is little gross when both gii although, can fold sometimes with nitty dynamic but lotta times just a w/e call where sometimes we find ourselves really happy.

4b/gii looks good, 4b/f is possibly the nut worst.

4b / calling vs the orig raiser is like taking eleven 2$ notes and firing them up with a lighter

43% vs AK TT+ which is on the tighter side so no it's not

Should be added to MSMTT memorable.

I concede my early art have produced a lot of stuff which could be put there as well.

why would you assume a player new to the table would pick on some dynamics and decide to not be tight with his 5b shove range?
42% against TT+ AK (barely get the price)
35% against JJ+ AK

Ive seen hundreds of 'reg' graphs recently that go up to 70-150k profits before 2013 and then another 2k since then. They would def all 4b/c here so yeah maybe its the correct decision

Just snap folding 99/TT and AQ if you're HJ? How about if we have AJ here, snap folding to the 3b? These aren't random nits, are regs who we can assume have decent grasp of ranges. 4b/f with these positions vs regs is really exploitable and would need good reason to be doing so imo.

The second part of your post is super lol blanket deductive reasoning.

i am kind of in the jankis camp. why the hell would OR be light? there is no dynamic for it; i look hella strong without reads. its a 22mtt i highly doubt he will 5b gii light here.

if he isnt light, we are basically getting in over 40bbs (well over average stack) in a break even spot.

flatting OOP here is asking to get owned. dont think we can do that. folding seems absurd; we have jj ffs.

i made it 12800, OR shoved and i said FML, closed my eyes, tanked and called. point being surely saying FML and tank calling in a high variance spot in a 22mtt is crazy, there must be better ways...

on reflection i prefer 11555/call vs 3bettor and fold vs OR. this sizing may encourage lighter flats from OR and lighter shoves from 3b

In the 4b/c camp. Though less thrilled about it if it's against the OR.
