The button was a loose bad player who had limped and called raises often with pretty weak holdings. The sb was new at the table so no real reads.

I think my play was reasonable but not sure. Anyone push pre or check fold flop?

we have <PSB left and you want to c/f that flop? if it was AKx maybe, but with just one over we've got to shove n pray imo.

If you like shoving flop whatswrong with betting 1/2 pot. You can be pretty sure you are beat if small blind plays (especially if button calls which I would expect him to do with any pair and possibly with A10 or similar)

shoving is not losing value at all, look at BTNs stack size and JJ is no hand i want to play vs 2 people.

I would also shove pre w/o reads him minraising monsters...
