Reasons to call:
-Getting 4:1 on a call
-Effective stacks are deep enough to get a bunch of value
-Opponents are likely horrible
-J9 is such a pretty hand and it's zoooted too!

Reasons to fold:
-we're multiway and out of position (thats 2 reasons i guess)
-we have little chance of bluffing succesfully
-we're gonna flop draws more often then good made hands
-most good made hands we do make wont be the nuts
-UTG+1 likely has a hand and likes to bet big, so probably no cheap draw/showdown
-we are not closing the action, UTG limp reraise anyone?

More reasons to fold, probably better reasons to call. That's assuming we don't commit a lot of chips on 1 pair type hands and opponents bet/call light.
