I feel should probably be betting around the 4k/2.9BB mark on the flop in order to GII on the turn with only a pot size bet left. This sound right?

Also, is J10s too loose of an open in my position or is it fine? The only guy that had high 3bet % was the guy next to me so i thought i could see a flop easily enough.

Why so high? I understand i need to bet bigger on flop but i only expected to need to bet around half pot rather than around 80%

yeah pre is a fold...as played dont check the flop...balance doesnt matter...youve got a huge draw...no SDV and a shallow stack/pot ratio
