Some history: Villain was raising close to 90% when folded to BTN. I 3bet him w/ a mix of light and strong hands.

We are both deep, calling here w/ 99 - should this be a PokerStove spot?

I mean, you basically just have to decide whether you want to flip. The vast majority of the time you'll see AK, sometimes AQ and I'd say lower PPs and TT/JJ equally as often. I really don't want to 3-b/f 99 though, so I'd go ahead and call

How did villain react to the previos 3bets? If he mostly folded he might be frustrated 4 bet light. Is this his first 4bet? The size is really big. Dont think he has AA. The most reasonable hands are such which dont want to get called, like AK or TT. Still you are not really plus CEV here. Your goal should be to preserve your stack, so I would fold this.

yes, first 4bet. I think it makes sense to preserve stack here, at best we may be flipping. I guess few light 4bets could be there as well.
