Im a high to midstakes grinder but wanna play the small stakes till out of downswing need help Im a high to midstakes grinder but wanna play the small stakes till out of downswing need help

I started out at the low stakes grinding sit and gos did well with those then moved up to the mid stakes did well had a couple decent scores and started grinding the high stakes i was already a very profitable player at the live cash games and higher stakes live tournys before I even started playing online so it's not like I started from scratch when I started playing online I moved up the stakes fairly quickly online and now have hit a fairly big downswing at the online high stakes and want to start grinding more of the lower to mid stakes games till I get out of my downswing and get my confidence back but have been playing them and feel like I'm making a ton of mistakes against these types of players at the lower stakes it seems my steals rarely get threw and when I 3bet light I seem to always get cold called from someone or the initial raiser defends my 3bet I was wondering should I just not 3bet light at these stakes and if I do at what frequency and with what hands it's been awhile since I've played at these stakes and need help figuring out the best way to beat them

What's the best way to approach these tournaments should I be tight or aggressive preflop and should I be 3betting light against a complete unknown I run into in a smaller stake game and if I do what hands should I do it with blocker hands or hands that play a little better post flop

So you don't post with what looks like the education of a kindergartner again when asking for help.

Why would anybody help you? If you can't put together sentences, I doubt you could even become a winning poker player.

OP - read the stickies up top,
OP - did you hear about the Russian who won a satty into the Sunday million, won like 150k and was broke 4 days later?

Variance will eat your soul, the games are tougher at these levels, and all the Americans are gone, so play nitbitch pokerz like the rest of the Euro's.

Run good, and tell all these mother fing trolls, to go play with stove.

OP, your post is appalling to read. Deal with the criticism.

As for the question you seem to be asking, it's too vague to generate meaningful information. The subject of 3betting is far too large to be dealt with in a single thread. Usually the best thing is to post hands where you are unsure, assess the feedback and use that to guide your next question. Also get involved in threads posted by others, this will get you thinking about situations you haven't seen before.

If you're that unsure about something this basic then your results in high stakes are probably more due to being a heater than anything else, so perhaps stay away from them for a bit. The boundaries for online high stakes are considerably lower than for the live play you started out with.

Also, before you post any hands, please check out our FAQ for guidelines on how to format them.

Good luck!
