ICM experts! Thoughts please.

There's an interesting spot posted in the MTT section, for a super-turbo at the final table, and I figured STT players would know a lot more about an ICM situation than most. I did a simple equity calculation and reduced hero's required equity a couple % because of chip lead and highly probable to move up a spot within next 2 hands.
But I have no idea if that's the proper thing to do in this situation because I only pretend to know what I'm talking about
