there are other situations, but they are rare. say, for instance, you're the short stack in the ME FT, and you have AA on the BB. it's still 9 handed and UTG shoves and gets 3 calls. 3 of them have similar stacks and the other one is the big stack.
there is a very real possibility that at least 2 players will go broke in this hand. the pay raise from those 2 spots alone is close to a million dollars and you know AA will only win like 30% of the time or so against 4 other hands. this seems like a clear spot where it pays very well to fold the AA.
but just looking at how extreme this scenario is should tell you you shouldn't be thinking about folding AA or KK PF pretty much ever.
