Yeh, the bb isn't totally out of line. The raise by the short stack is awful as is the call.

The call by the other AK isn't super horrible.

The call by the small blind even given the odds is pathetic.

The bb is almost excusable since if the short stack raised with this bb must have put him as a loose donk and just wanted to isolate for that stack or take it down pre since nobody reraised, everyone else I think it's pretty bad.
