You never shove pre.
You only get called by better, and with 30 bb , well not that awkward of a stack size, wait for better spots.
Fold pre, but if you have to call then check/call flop

If you have to reraise flop, call a shove, that should be your intention.
If you have 2nd thoughts about folding/shoving then never RR.
