Hero?

For some reason I can't convert hands anymore, neither on the handconverter.com nor Runitonce. If anyone knows why that might be, please tell me. Anyway, this villain was an unknown from Slovenia, I'd never seen him before. Sometimes they do this on scary rivers hoping to hell that I don't have a flush, but it's tough to bet 1/3 of my stack on that. So I dunno what to do.....

meh, it's prolly a fold but hard to do in game. You only need to be right 33% of the time, but hard to imagine he bombs river with a hand like Q9 after not betting otf. You're also behind 2 possible sets, and only beat a set of 3's (which it's possible for a bad player to play like this).

    I'd fold pre.
Why you are betting otf, and why that size?
You can bet bigger ott, calling villain having a Q or a FDis going to pay, so make him to pay.

    Agree with DE.

When he pots the river like that I would assume we are behind if V doesn't have a tendency to do it.

No.Most players with FD will cbet the flop given lack of strong action pre + 1 check already.
Most better sets will x/r turn for fear of the 2 FDs(and to charge them)
While there is still a chance u r beat its nowhere near 67%+ so pot odds wise i call.

    yea folding pre looks right.
I cant see anything wrong with chancing a flop bet, nothing wrong with the sizing.
No need to bet bigger on the turn, with the 2400 bet the V is only getting 2.4/1 to see next card.I actually thought turn bet was a tad too big and would have just bet 2000,
Id call river, but totally hating it!
