I was busted in these 2 FT's. What tools or methods should I been using to analyze if these calls or pushes were good? Btw, what do you think about these plays.

JJ is a 3-bet shove with 20bbs, I think the small 3-bet is a case of FPS (fancy play syndrom) unless there's some kind of crazy dynamic and you expect him to 4-bet 100% or something. As played you obviously can't fold on the flop, ever. The AK is the most standard hand of all time and playing it any other way is beyond terrible.

It depends how you want to approach these tables, either from an icm position or from a simple go for max value position. My opinion with micro stakes icm shouldn't be considered as much because you really do want those top 2 finishes to make these stakes profitable.

First hand is a standard all in both from max ev and icm.

2nd hand should just be a rejam w/ your stack size. If pay jumps are bigger you might want to consider an icm approach which takes a bit of study.

Tools that can help analyze these spots for you would be holdem resources manager or icmizer (def prefer holdem resources myself). You can plug these spots in with payouts and adjust opponent's ranges to give you correct push/fold and call spots. Hope this helps.

      Thank you for your answers!

Regarding JJ hand and approaching ICM, if I want to know which hands are profitable to rejam, should I use icmzer calculator?

      Yes

Pluss you should also use equilab to compare villains vs heros ranges to know what percentage your hand has.
