Player who limped UTG has loose table image and a -95% ROI and I'm among the chipleads so I've shown down some good hands thus far and have a
good table image at this table although this player is pretty aweful and might not realize any factors involved at the table other than his two cards so its unlikely he understands the nuances of table image but I digress...

Put him allin, which should be about a pot sized bet. Especially with your description of the villain. He is calling with so many worse hands on the flop, and he will probably call the allin with Jx, any pair, and a lot of random aces. I don't see how you can put him on a better hand, it's possible but unlikely.

shoves. Hes so short now that hes probably going to feel commited and i cant see why wed fold if we check and he shoves a blank river, so why let him see it for free? if he has a ten and check/called the flop and turn then gg.
