I was very close to call cause this guy so aggressive but due to difference of price between 1st and 2nd place I decided to fold.

Difference in price doesn't make any change in heads up play.

I mean prize (money that you will get from 2nd and 1st place)

    snapcall readless

put villain on a range, stove k8o against this range, see equity. And as mentioned moneyjumps don't change ur decision when heads up

There difference between first and 2nd has nothing to do with your decisions heads up as said.

This is a pretty easy call readless. Use pokerstove or equilab. Put villain the range you think he's shoving, and see how K8o does against said range. He's probably shoving a lot wider then you think.

price difference should have no impact on how you play. Think as both competing to win the price difference, and both having already won 2nd price.

Study nash ranges, and use them <= 8bb. This is a snap call nashwise. Moreover if the guy is overaggro, you can even profitably call wider than nash.
