I played in event 2 of the Borgata summer open today. palying this hand I have rethought my action. Before/after I post what I think I should've done I'd like to get some input. All help is appreciated.

Live tournament, so it's not exactly a standard hand history. Information that I remember is put in.

Blinds 100/200, 25 ante (550 pot)

Full 10 player table, villain is in the SB with 4450 in chips, I am UTG+1 with ~9000

Villain has been playing a weak game. Not wild, but calling with some odd hands, and running strange lines. I believe I've seen him steal a few pots.
Notable hands:
-villain calls a ~4000 all in bet on the turn with a flush draw (AQo, queen of spades, three spades on the board), pot was less than 1000 before all in bet (they wound up splitting, both with A-Q high)
-villain min raises ep preflop, checks flop, probe bets turn, oversize bet on river, instamucks after being called

I had been playing a solid tight game. A bad run of cards made me one of the less active players at the table since arriving. But I had been seen steeling a few paired flops, such as the one below.

Preflop:
UTG folds
I raise to 600 with AQo
All players fold to the SB
SB calls

Pot: 1650
Flop: 6 10 6

Villain checks.
I bet 1000
SB moves all in 3800
Pot is now 6450, 2800 to call.

Action?
