Seems good spot to rep AQ or 99,44?
What about sizing?

could be hitting the blind's range and unless the OR is pulling something tricky it should work often enough. Should the blind or the OR call I think it's fine to give up if we don't improve

I wouldn't stab here, don't think it will work often enough and you'll have to 2nd barrel some turns, and this is not optimal on vaccum.
It's ok to bet here, if your plan is to give up when called imo, still prefer check back.

Also don't post SN's in future, I know the players so my opinion will be biased by info you don't have.

You have answered your own question here.

To the hand itself, 55 is a pretty poor hand to bluff with generally on a connected board because of it's non existent blockers and that it never picks up additional equity without binking one of your two outs.

The OR is probably check/folding a lot but the flop still hits the BB's range somewhat. I'd say a flop bet is OK because people play somewhat honestly in multiway pots but yeah shut down if called.

1: This board hits villains ranges pretty hard
2: Why would you size a valuehand this big
3: You have to be prepared on barreling multiple streets and we get a bloated pot with 4th-5th pair preante
4: Check/fold, don't like stabbing that much preante

1 and 3 Makes me want to stab even more.
    2. I like this size because of stack sizes and my image.
    4. I can't check fold here... I am so use to taking stabs in this spot from playing cash and I showed pretty good win rate so it is just a part of my game now.

    Thanks for the comment.

Not saying your line is bad, but we need to be prepared to tripple barrel, and I just don't see the benefits in a TOURNAMENT preante to be stabbing at dangerous board on every occasion and bloating a pot with little sdv.
I do think you're right in saying it's more profitable in cashgames.
