I play the turbos 18 man mainly.
Stars seems a bit slow for these nowadays.
Are there any recommended sites for this?

I think for people to advise you they need to know your stakes and how many tables you want running at the same time.

If you play betwen 1-11$, give the 20man Nitro SNGs on 888 a try .
It's 4max with 800 chips and 3m blind levels, and the field is very soft. You can go play 40BB deep the first hands, get into push fold quickly and ICM the final table with only 3 players paid.

stars is probably your best option, there may be a few other sites might have decent traffic for these tho

on smaller sites, any 15-30$ game is a 18-45man mtt..
