Absolutely, positively, definitely, certainly, surely shove the turn. At that point in the hand, he can still have a lot that you beat (77-TT, draws, KQ/QJ). I can't see him having QQ+ that often without a 3-bet pre.

As for the river, you having the ace of spades takes away a lot of his flushes, so I'd be more worried about straights (77 particularly). Combine his lower likelihood of nailing a draw with the number of times he may be bluffing (which I think is a lot because you haven't shown much strength outside of calling him down), I think it might be a good enough hero call. Very close, though...

Yeah, jam turn or, depending on villain reads, fold to raise OTF. Nitty yes, but against a villain who isn't raising with less than two pair/set OTF, could be optimal.

so fold on flop if villain only 3bets flop w two pair or better, and shove turn if he is capable of 3betting flop w QJ,KJ, smaller pocket..
