[general question] $2 low pockets in EP - just fold them?

Playing the $2 STTs it seems like there's just limps to the flop a good portion of the time. In the first blind level, is it reasonable to limp 22-66 or so UTG/UTG+1/UTG+2 for set value or is it usually just not worth messing with it?
