FTP $30+3 SNG, Borderline spot with AQo five handed

Villian is a slight winner over a good sample size, however exactly three hands earlier lost over 2200 of his stack with ace high paying off the nut flush. Against a tight player I probably fold, but this was a tough decision. Also thought there might be a tilt factor going here too. Get it in with AQo here? Thanks in advance for your thoughts.
