Hero bets t600, BB raises to t2525 all in, Hero ?

I guess the only hand I'm really beating is A7diamonds, or any 7.

Thoughts?

If you bet that much of your stack with top pair you are probably committed to it and should call

You cant complete pre so shallow, this hand is a clear fold.

And dont pot the weak top pair, make it 300, 400 tops. This puts you on a terrible spot, you are probably way behind his range but you are too commited to fold.
