Evil has been loose aggro, always betting into people and stealing lots of pots. Is the check-raise bad or just the call? I expect 9x here alot with the shove from a loose player.

you may want to delete this, because this hand is just bad. you shouldnt have called pre, the only way you are playing the flop is if you flop the nuts.

Fold pre, you're not deep enough to speculate with a hand like Q3s out of position. I dont hate the checkraise on the flop with your read. His bet looks pretty strong though, it might not be the best time to try this. You could raise a bit less and get the same result too. Definitely fold to the shove, you don't have odds to draw to your flush.
