fold seems fine, in my experience people reraise preflop very tight at these stakes, maybe TT+, AQ+

15322 to call into a final pot of 35492, so you need at least 42.63% equity to make a call +cEV. You have 42.79% against a somewhat tight SB v. BTN resteal range of {88+,A9s+,KTs+,QJs,AJo+,KQo}, so I think a call is in order here. Him doing it with more pairs doesn't hurt you either.
