I made everyone's name/position bold just to hide any action that might/might not have taken place.

No stats at all on the CO.

Shove or fold?

Blinds are increasing super fast (ever 1 or 2 min, I think). Don't recall the pay jumps, but 9th place is $67 and 1st is $800ish.

I probably close my eyes and shove.

Might not be the most optimal ICM play but I think it's a play you need to make if you want to win the tournament.

looks like a fold, annoying though. i remember when this was a snap shove cos people would fold 88/AQ

Probably payjumps are not significant until top 4, and with blinds incoming soon, I think its a spot we have to shove.

I think I might fold this in UTG +1 with 2 shorter stacks taking ICM into consideration, not at he final table its a shove but you are not making much profit (although with 10bb you are never making much profit)

This being the final table I would pass on this and look for a better spot maybe hope to jump up the ladder a bit I know you say the cash jumps are not much from the bottom paying places but every $ counts

I think I nit up and fold this at a final table. I know it may not seem like we can wait for better spots, but I think we can.

If most of these vills will calloff vs our 10-12bb shove with 44+/A9+/KQ, pocket fours has about 40% equity. If we fold this hand and end up having to shove something like 98s within the next orbit, we still have 37% equity against that same shoving range (plus we may be able to shove that 98s/etc. from a later position which greatly increase the value of our shove as opposed to shoving 44 from early position). So what I'm getting at is that we can probably wait for a better spot because shoving 44 from UTG1 isn't that great of a spot to begin with.

Plus we give the baby stacks a chance to bust, and maybe a larger stack too

I think it's a shove - people generally play very tight at FT in your kind of spot and so will expect you to play a tight range - so will probably fold too much

how is this 1st hand with 8 players? did 2 go out in the same hand?

Yeah - two people got knocked out at once to bust the final table bubble, putting only 8 there.
