what do we do here? no strong read...given stack sizes, is a fold ok/correct or is our hand just too strong blind vs blind? obv the table is soft and with our stack it's not like we're desperate to take any spot we can, but i'm just curious what the right decision is here without a strong read on the sb

I think you should shove, but it really depends a lot on SB, specifically how often he folds.

My guess is that SB would flat with the strongest hands in his range to induce. Though that's not always true. I also think he can iso pretty wide here planning to fold to a shove from you.

Readless, I'd jam, but it's actually really close. Assuming SB doesn't follow ICM, he may call you wider than he ought to, which costs us money. His optimal calling range when we shove is very tight, but I doubt he knows that. However, even if SB doesn't actually understand ICM, he should understand that you're representing a very strong hand, and he ought to fold an awful lot here.

I think shoving is correct here .Its just to strong and he can made this raise with pretty wide , since he can play it hu in a relativly big pot against a pretty wide range ..

fold seems fine vs another bigstack + you get to see his hand

QFT

we can discuss ranges and such and the spot is obv +cEV
longterm money is made by making the right decision and collapsing with another bigstack seems -$EV with AJs

i do not push either

I rarely expect him to slowplay here w a strong hand, because it gives u to good pot odds to overcall.

and u also said that the table was soft + fold
