It's the big 20€. V is 13/10/x over 54 hands. Seems to me tighter opponent old-schoolish style. So here when he 3x opens from ep not sure about the line cause there are a tone of reshove stack left to act and he could easily iso gii then.

So what plan would you prefer here, if you want to 3b which sizing would you choose?

Assuming V is some sort of old school ABC type player, I would flat and play a flop IP, obv calling the reship stacks behind. If we can assume he is gonna play straightforward post flop and not be aimlessly barreling, our decisions shouldnt be too tricky

I like flatting and evaluating flop upon sizings, timings, etc.
