This might be a standard spot but I'm not sure since I am not a MTT reg. Villain playing 24/17/0% 3-bet over 17 hands, so he is essentially an unknown, haven't seen him do anything overly interesting. I am in the top 25 in chips at the time, we are not yet ITM.

looks like a pretty easy fold. his sizing is horrible so i doubt he's ever light here.

^^ He's certainly not folding, so I think you should.

What's a good 4-bet sizing for villain? Also, is my 3-bet too big?

I think you 3bet sizing is fine, if maybe a little large. It's just that SB's 4bet sizing is >1/3 of his stack, so he's probably not intending on folding (also he'd probably jam AK, AQ, so his range is weighted toward overpairs), plus he's 2nd in chips w/ a few shorties out there. It just seems like a bad ICM decision to do anything but fold.

yeah yours is fine, he could size it more like 3.6-4k, which would achieve the same thing but could include bluffs in his range, because it's a pretty good spot to 4b bluff, although he's a little shallow to do it. as is, he may as well just shove because with the size he made it it's patently obvious he's never folding. if he makes it smaller we can definitely think he has some amount of bluffs in his range and hence get it in lighter.
