I'm on BB with 35.83 BB behind, 9handed table.

My hand is J4c

UTG (51BB) min-raises to 2 BB, UTG+1 folds, MP (110BB) calls, everybody else folds, I call.

Pot is 7.58BB

Flop is

Kc 3c 3h

I check, UTG bets 2BB, MP raises to 4BB, I call 4BB. Then UTG raises to 15BB. MP folds and so do I.

UTG has VP 22, PR 19 and 3B 11 so I put him on a very strong hand.

Any comments or critiques?

Fold to the first flopraise, second one is also an easy fold

yeah all you can really do differently is fold to the MP raise, which I think would be correct given your stack size more than anything

or you can nit it up pre, but that seems pretty bad getting 7:1ish and you have a suited hand, J4o id consider folding fwiw

hmm yeah pre calling is fine, higher variance stuff but if u hit something nice those times it pays off for the times u miss.

having said that, proceeding carefully/nitty when u hit marginal is the next trick.

here you have marginal. if ur closing the action a 4bb call on the flop wouldnt be the worst.

even ur first call i can see that. but when this happens where utg reraises thats just so bad for us, so folding to the 1st raise is fine as well.

when u defend from the bb, its real cheap most of the time, which somewhat means that folding on a lot of flops is not so bad.

as guy above me also said, mostly i would fold to 1st bet cause of ur stack size. unless you like to gamble a bit here. otherwise nitting it up is fine. make a nice sweater out of it.
