What do I so here? Think there are good arguments for both options. A check behind is obviously the safe option, and there aren't really any bad cards that can come I guess. On the other hand,I think his check is showing weakness more so than that he is trapping, and a bet might make him throw away a weak heart, and if he doesn't have a heart, maybe he would call me with an A or 2pair? I dunno, this is a spot where I probably need to improve.Real unsure what to do.

No reads or notes on opponent.I have not been very active so far,so if he's paying attention,I should seem pretty tight.

Oh,and me not raising flop might have been bad,but with 2 players to act,I worried about being rr. My initial thinking btw was to slow way down if 4th heart came, but when they both folded, and the other guy checked I kinda changed my mind

Raise preflop.
Bet the **** out of this flop, what the heck are you doing calling behind on this dripping wet board
I bet about t250 on the turn. He'll be scared of the four flush just as you are. If he's got it, he'll let you know. If he calls, I will tend to check behind on the river.

If it's a coinflip for you, choose the aggressive move. Err on that side rather than on the passive one.

I like to play the flop pretty hard when I've got a set and there's an A out there. If there are four guys in the pot then there's a pretty good chance that one of them has an ace. Even with those hearts on the board, I would have re-raised the initial raiser 2x-3x. Yes, you're at risk of being owned by a flush, but I want to shut out those flush draws and isolate whoever is holding an ace. You have a big hand and you'll get action on this flop from AK-->Ax. You also have a bunch of full house outs that could save you if you get caught against the nuts.

That said, I'm putting the initial raiser on an ace. He bet the flop and you called. Knowing that, why wouldn't he bet the turn if he did indeed have the flush? You didn't raise him on the flop, so I don't think he's setting you up for a trap. I think he has something weak like A-9. MAYBE he has a low flush, but I'm pretty aggressive in spots like this one, so I view his check as an invitation to take the pot. I would've bet something like 150-200 on that turn. If he calls then I'd check/fold the river.
