Longterm you need to understand your mistakes and stop making them over and over again by being ignorant and blaming your opponet/rng for your loss of chips (which is often the case, but not always) & thats the main difference between a good player and a bad player.
Especially at low stakes you can easily be a winning player by never having read a book or study. Even till ~2011 many people were even able to do the same at higher stakes.
The human brain is the most powerful tool a poker player has. The more you play, the bigger your database in your brain gets. & even if you dont remember a specific spot, you will still have a feeling for it a spot which comes from the sample size of all hand you have played till that point.
