Has this been updated since this was written? Its a superb list. Any reason there is not a sticky of the best posts like there is in the MTT section? This post helped me massively when I started playing STTs.

I believe the consensus was that it wont get stickied because if people want to use this AWESOME thread to help them, they would have to search for it on their own. I guess as a way of keeping new lurkers from coming to the site, getting the info they need by clicking once and leaving without contributing.

I dont really have any feelings on the subject. Im just killing time before i go out and get wasted!

In a recent thread about "good SNG books" I pointed to the STT FAQ as being the best literature available. While it's a needed intro, I really meant this thread. Alas, since the "SNG books" is locked (Durron is doing his job again ), I'll bump this great work.

As stated before, it's ironic that while this thread could probably eliminate 95% of the frequently asked questions on this board by both newbies and hobbyists (so +EV for me personally), it's probably -EV for the general pro community. It's simultaneously worthy of being stickied, bumped, and deleted!

Nearly all of the Links seem to be broken. If I click them, I always get the following message:
