Sounds interesting, but there are a couple of things preventing this from being effective on a nix system. First of all, the clipboard is user specific (or per X11/aqua session), so logging in from a different user will set off a different memory space for that user's/session's clipboard. Secondly, a malicious url pointing toward malicious software will on a nix system have to be manually downloaded, double clicked, dragged onto the application folder, reconfirmed by typing the admin password by hand, and then it has to be run AS the administrator to be able to make any system changes when it's run on a regular basis. Which just isn't gonna happen. Thirdly, there is no real use for anti virus software on a nix, which reduces these user's demand for downloading such software when it's offered to them maliciously.
