I got to the poker room when I was told she would be there, waited an hour an a half for her to appear and she was actually quite rude and unapologetic to me about the whole thing. She kept pointing to the little paper on the wall nobody would have any reason to look at near the buy-in desk with the schedule saying it was "advertised" right there. Then she said she announced the number of seats that would be given out during the third level and that I should have gotten up and told her I didn't want a seat then and she would have refunded me. I told her that makes no sense and no poker room in the world would refund a player after 3 levels of play (whats to stop someone from playing super aggro and asking for a refund with 2 BBs left?)... she acted like it was totally standard and that I should have known it.

Oh well, going to try to alter my plans and ruin my trip to Wellington so I can get back on time to make day 1C. Hopefully I ship 30k and never come back to that $12 a pot rake hellhole...

Probably would have been less of a headache to just sell it for $400 or stake someone else. No point in ruining a trip over $150.

The manager said it was non transferable. I'd rather play with my full equity than sell it for less anyway. Not the end of the world.

if you can't play then id say your equity is rather low
