Depends on utg+2 obv. Readless i would think a 3x in his position has 99 beaten and if not its hard for us to get value postflop with 2 guys acting behind us, so i fold.

flat pre, you don't want to be folding 99 here if you 3b and get 4b

Kinda want to shove with the pot being 15% of our stack. But I agree that with the 3x open it depends a bit on what type of player UTG+2 is.

Calling is okay, but I feel kinda dirty having to check/fold to a lot of flop c-bets.
