Ok here we go we are still 6 handed just moved tables so there arent any reads on my opponents. This is my friends hand not mine.

Blinds 500/1000 w/100 ante. UTG has 29k, Hero has 59k, BB has 23k.

UTG limps, Hero limps A 2 and BB checks.

Flop: A 3 5

Action: BB bets 3k, UTG raises to 10k, Hero shoves for 59k, BB and UTG both call

BB shows 42off and UTG shows AQoff

Turn: 2 River 7

Now my questions are:

Should my friend have limped preflop or raised?

Should he of shipped the flop?

My opinion: Idk if he should of limped or raised but i am just assuming since this is a micro 6 max that UTG is a donk ad could be limping a WIDE range there. I am 100% positive he should of shipped the flop because of the odds he was getting and because of the draw

I posted this hand on another forum, some said he should of raised pre and some say fold. Some people think he should of folded on the flop and i say WTF?! to them.

Please post your thoughts, srry bout not having exact hand history.

Super standard perfect as played.

Folding pre also ok with these stack sizes.

+1 I'd ship this flop just about every time.

From a tournament standpoint Hero looks to have quite a comfortable lead, blowing this pot will take him down to 12.5-16.5M depending on the number of players left on his table. He can still survive for a while without being in a huge danger zone, where winning this would probably give him a commanding chip lead.

So make that +2.

Youre right, i was playing the same tournament, and i believe if he did win that hand he would of been over 100k and would of been chip leader by quite thee amount.
