No... and it's not because of your cards. Shoving just because the OR has a big stack isn't a resteal, it's spew. If you have a read that he'll bet light from the button or CO, or has a high fold to 3-bet%, then sure, it's good. But without reads, and without an idea of his raising range, you're shoving into a guy that will still be one of the chip leaders at the table if he calls and loses. And high FE is what makes a successful resteal a good play.

also in low buy in tourneys, sngs etc you have to be real sure who it is cause most people will snap call you Axos and KQ and all sorts of crap.

I think he is opening ~17% something like 22+,A8s+,K9s+,QJs,JTs,A9o+,KTo+ and he is gonna call BB with all of that. I think he calls your shove with ~11% 55+,ATs+,KJs+,ATo+,KQo

That means he is calling your shove ~65% and folding 35%. KJo has ~35% equity against his estimated calling range.

You net +4.5 BBs if he folds.

You lose -21 BBs if he calls and you lose.

You net +23 BBs if he calls and you win.

some quick calculations:
+4.5(.35) (.65) (-21(.65) +23(.35))

1.575 - 3.64 = -2.065 BBs

So this play has an EV of -2BBs, looks like a fold to me.
