Deepstack Rebuy...awkward spot? Deepstack Rebuy...awkward spot?

Hey guys, got myself into a bit of a rough spot (I think) on a Merge $10 Deepstack Rebuy. Villain was a huge fish, running something like 36/22, and had faced 3 CBs, folded to one, called one, and raised one.

I thought all of my options really sucked here. I felt like I was way too strong to fold, but calling would also be bad since most turn cards are going to be gross for us.

What would you guys do?

I'd fold. we could be dead, or close to dead, or at best drawing to a horribly low FD. W8 for tp or a better hand PF to bust this guy imo.

Edit: guess its within reason to simply call and see what falls and re eval OTT and c/f to most of his plays. seems kinda weak though against someoen this agro.

most people here should learn omaha so that they realize that a lot of hands in poker that look good are terrible

It's not that big of a bet is it? I get what ur saying (we're gonna b/f, why invest more than we need to) but is 65% of the pot really that out of wack?

Drawy flops, especially out of position, I usually bet a bit bigger. Considering we're pretty deep, I thought it was pretty reasonable.

But it seems like I was kind of overvaluing my hand here. Thanks guys.

ez fold. i like the sizing, you rep an overpurr or something and you discourage callers with some xQh hands.

This deep, don't see the harm in calling and seeing a turn card. It could pay off massive dividends. We'll feel good with our straight flush, one of two 7s, any 6, and a heart isn't all bad for us either though would require some finesse to avoid getting stacked. What, we're getting like 4-1 or something and can afford it. Let's see a turn!
