Comments on all streets appreciated.

My thinking was that he was possibly trapping with a big hand preflop. Also, for him to call on the flop leads me to believe that my hand is no good. If he is calling on the flop with a 10, I assume he has me out-kicked.

I didn't really see the merit of making a hero call on the river. If he was just messing around with over cards, possibly a gutshot like QJ, then he just got there.

I think maybe I could have bet more on the flop, but other than that, I don't think there was much to do differently. I suppose I could fire another bullet on the turn, but I just have the feeling that I'm behind after the flop.

This hand is messed up. I'm done trying to figure it out on my own.

Please help.

I need reads to play this post flop.

How often does villian call PFRs and C-bets?

How often do you raise/c-bet?

Have you seen him playing hands passive ip?

Is there something you`ve been doing recently that makes him want to play you from the button?
like a habit of firing once then giving up?

Im a total hud bot these days

I either open fold or try and see a cheap flop with this absent any reads

As played [bet chk] bet scares people. - about 1200(ish ?) fold to a raise?

Hope someone else can offer more

If he was floating the flop with over cards or air he would have bet the turn. This means that to check the turn behind he usually either has a strong made hand or a draw, but the board isn't particularly drawy and as you usefully noted QJ got there. If he had AK or even AJ and thought it was good on the flop he would just check the river. So it's a fold.

I would also just shove the turn usually given the action.
