These might be pretty trivial but I'm not the greatest at MTT's and want to now what my aim is in spots such as these two.

For the first hand the guy seems to be a bit of a calling station, playing hands OOP with short stack being very erratic etc.

Second the dude has been fairly average, reraising probably a little lighter than your average TAG, I think his reraise here is 88+, many broadways and now and then some suited connecter.

Whats my plan here, and what do I do on future streets? I'm more leaning towards not c-betting here because its not exactly a dry flop and I have position with decent outs and showdown value and don't want him to push over.

2nd:TT pretty much like 22 here(except u got a read on butn)....but staks are deep, so Im calling for set value and give up on such flop

Hand #1: Agree with your analysis here, especially against a loose villain who isn't folding a lot. Preflop is questionable, but I'm fine with it if you have reads that the UTG limper is weak.

Hand #2: Given reads of the wide 3-betting range, you can probably shove any pair profitably here if he has a fold button. Readless I would fold though, as I give most micro randoms credit for having a tighter 3-betting range (even in 6-max). But it's close and read dependent. Flatting for a tenth of your stack oop against an aggro villain is the worst of options and should be avoided imo.

Depends on how much implied you have vs the 3b range, but I would say 15k effective is a bare minimum.

hand 1: I'm fine with the UTG iso being 40 BBs deep eff. I prolly go for the delayed c-bet ott, cause stacks are just too awkward to c-bet that dry of a board.

hand 2: I think this is a fold/shove as p3 mentioned, with your read I prolly shove here. Hate the flat oop.

hand 1 check is fine
hand 2 c/r is really strong you can get him off better pairs quite often if he checks behind you can bet the turn the ace is a good card for you in a lot of ways unless of course he actually has the ace then c/f
