Hero?

No hands/reads on villains. Unsure if best play here is a fold, r/c, r/f or open shove.

Thoughts?

Impossible to answer this without reads IMO. OP I would suggest that you invest in a HUD.

If the two players on your left are nits/not going to take any risks with the shorty around then min raise-fold (except against BB who is too short to fold to) looks good. In this case if you get shoved on by someone other than the BB you can expect a monster and just fold.

If the two players on your left are loose-bad and likely to flat your raise or call your shove then I could see just folding this.

If the situation is somewhere in between which will be the case probably over 50% of the time then a shove seems good.

Wouldnt ever open shove here pre antes in this spot with btn having 17bbs, and I don't think hes going to be capable of shoving wide enough to make minning not profitable (hes going to have to 3b ridic wide). If SB is crazy, you could r/c him, but once again, don't think most players are going to be capable of 3bing that wide

Yeah you are probably right Jdawg. Min raise-fold seems like the best approach here (except to the BB of course).

What about post ante?At what eff stack size would you start shoving here?15BBs?
Also how do u account for the fact that only 1 stack is at 17BBs?Do you avarage out say avrg of 13&17BBs=15BBs.
Thx in advance i appreciate everyones input on this as i have trouble in this spots and usually push/fold but i am unsure how to analize spots with various stack sizes behind.
