damn jdwag, ya thats some scary stuff that happened to you. Ive delt with it and Ive had friends suffer from panic attacks. I agree with what your mom said, its very likely just a gastric thing. Its happened to me before in the early hours of the morning after bong rips and pizza. I dont know what your body type is like, but when this happened to me I was pretty out of shape. Drink lots of water to help with digestion and try to mix in some more cardio into your daily routine. That should improve things. Health is wealth.

Panic attacks suck, but having them to prompt you to improve your health and/or fix a health problem is a good outcome. The worst is feeling terrible and not having an answer. gl hope it's nothing that serious.

Haha I've quite literally only played like 10 MTTs total since Tuesday, a few on Wed night (and had a 4th place in WPN $109 15k ), and haven't played any since as I don't think it's a good idea to be locked into any sessions right now + I just want to get the 2mil VPPs done with so I can go to the US whenever I am able to travel. Obv in the few hundred hypers I've played I've run like god though (bandit)
